At age 60, your skipper Ramsay Farran has been messing about in boats for
almost as long as he could walk. His "passion" is to share his love and
knowledge of sailing, the sea and great food.

Pacific Northwest - Round Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, San Juan's,
Desolation, "Beyond Desolation" (i.e north of Campbell River to - Charlottes,
Alaska, and all points in between).
Racing
Skipper/Owner 35 foot racing sloop - 15 Swiftsures, 9 Southern Straights,
winner IOR class 11. Several other trophies. Winner M242 Internationals.
Crew on many racing yachts throughout the Pacific Northwest
Vic Maui twice, Racing Southern England - Fastnet
Other
Delivery of vessels in West Indies, and Med. (France to Greece and points in
between)
Round Scotland on sailtraining vessel "Winston Churchill. Owner of several
yachts & dinghies - C&C 37/40, Petersen 35, M242, San Juan 24, Hobie 16,
Fireball (Worlds in Geneva), Firefly (Junior worlds).
Ramsay has been a member of the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club since 1979.
